You can't be who you USED to be, and who you're GOING to be at the same time. At some point you have to SACRIFICE something. Every new level of our lives requires a different version of us.

Reminder - "Too busy" is B.S. "Don't have time" is B.S. The truth is it's just not important enough to you to sacrifice something else.

Stop telling people that “you’ll pray FOR them”. And actually stop and pray WITH them. Someone expressed that they’re struggling? Grab their hand right there and go to Jesus. You don’t need to wait.. or just use the cute phrase to make them feel better.

3. Drink lots of water!! To limit extra bloating and to flush a lot of that junk out, increase your water intake for the next couple days. Hope these help 👊🏼 go win today!

2. Get right back on track your next meal. don't need to starve yourself, do hours or cardio, totally change your diet.. get back on track. The goal is to build consistency over time.. not massive highs and lows (bing and restrict).. one meal can't do that much damage.

Novel idea… instead of announcing to the world that ur doing a new diet. Just do it. then announce the results 😂 Too many people like the dopamine hit of getting applauded for starting… more than they actually want to change. Save the celebration for once u do the work.

Winning in life shouldn’t just be some boxes to check or a proverbial trophy case… it’s so much deeper than that.

Most underrated success tip: Just don’t quit. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Most people lose not because they can’t… but because they quit.

Every day is a new chance to create the life you want… to become the person you want. You can’t go back and rewrite the beginning, but you can start today and rewrite the ending.

Real results don’t come from “working harder”… Doing more of the wrong things don’t get you better results.. currently lifting 5days, 10k steps a day, & following my nutrition plan. no crazy cardio. no keto. no 75 hard. Just knowing what body needs and staying consistent.

You can keep lying to yourself and saying you don’t want or need those things…. And continue to stay small and not enjoy the fullness of life. Or you can start to believe that more is possible. You can start to believe that winning is possible. I hope you choose the latter.

Here’s the truth: All these things are possible for you. You are 100% capable of WINNING in every area. In your spirit, your body, your mind, your finances, your relationships.. You CAN WIN.

Some people are so used to losing…. That they convince themselves they don’t want to win.
