A woman who has had breast cancer questions, reasonably, whether there is evidence that removing healthy breasts in girls and young women with gender dysphoria prevents suicide. She receives responses like this. Which only makes her more convinced the questions need to keep being asked. Because what kind of person would be angered by the suggestion that there may be alternatives to surgically removing healthy body parts from young women - to alleviate psychological distress?

Children are not getting surgeries. If they are, it is in cases where it is absolutely necessary. Hell, it's practically impossible to get hormones before 18 most places. Transphobes need to learn what they're talking about
