Oh, beauty! Look at that! The future of animation is NOT 100% industry-dependent. It's already here- the artists are already ahead of it- its a tragedy that those that run the production purses are blind and enthralled by the safety of looking back.

@inthemeadow we're already seeing the effects and they're beyond harrowing, we don't even really know how to talk about it yet because we're all so socially enveloped in it—it's the new normal

I genuinely think the lasting effects of all the rage bait and psychological warfare that social media inflicts, especially on younger generations who are so impressionable, will have such a net negative impact on humanity

Once this platform put a monetary incentive behind gaining views it was over. There’s not much I can think of that’s more dystopian than people taking to social media to make a post they know is going to upset and divide people because the platform is incentivizing them to do so

simply adore the way the newest Zelda does its monster battles its the way I wish Pokémon would always do them; it’s soo playful and intuitive and has such an opportunity for mechanical depth
