Unless your getting hammered or celebrating an occasion, drinking is such a pointless sport. Baffles me why people come home and have a pint or a glass of wine on a weekday. Just makes you feel like shit and you need a lot to feel the effects properly.

I’ve basically trained to failure for 5 months straight, eatin 5000-6000 calories a day, spend all my free time sleeping for me to pop out in a few months and the first thing someone will say is “luck” 😂

I’ve invest heavily since I was 18 and truthfully believe it was a mistake, if I could go back I’d take all that money and invest in myself and my knowledge. No divend on earth will return more than betting on yourself and your skill set.
