Today was a great day, textbook restorative practice & relational work with vulnerable children. Some days all the hard work just pays off in the right kinda way!

@Callum_SEND Careful it’s a trap..... I started mine then fell into the ‘Let’s use those credits towards my masters’...... huge achievement whilst working full time & 2 young children but wow it was hard work! It is worth it if that’s the route you want to go. 👍

Faced with a challenge today.... a child of trauma being denied time with their EAA as they ‘didn’t stay in their lessons all day’.....people are not rewards...relationships are needs based not ‘rewards’ based. Never should we deny dysregulated children time with their EAA. 🤦‍♀️
