Dear Datagram Community, This is William, founder and architect of Datagram’s core technology. Over the past 15 years, my work has focused on developing telecommunications systems built on decentralized infrastructure, with the objective of reducing geographical constraints, improving connectivity, and lowering data-center costs through the use of distributed computing resources and available network bandwidth. Since its inception, Datagram has followed a two-phase approach: Phase 1 – Community and Infrastructure Formation Establish a network of node operators contributing computing resources and bandwidth to support a decentralized infrastructure. Phase 2 – Usage and Sustainability Prioritize practical usage, customer adoption, and sustainable revenue generation, with the aim of reducing reliance on speculative activity. The transition between these phases is associated with the TGE, after which Datagram’s primary focus shifts toward operational usage and revenue-generating activity. To clarify the current direction: We have access to an ecosystem of over 1 million users across multiple products and platforms. Portions of this existing computing demand are being progressively integrated into Datagram’s decentralized infrastructure and blockchain. This activity reflects ongoing usage across both decentralized physical infrastructure and on-chain systems. In addition, Datagram is developing on-chain services intended to facilitate participation by partners, customers, and other stakeholders as blockchain validators. These services are expected to include access to $DGRAM staking functionality through validator infrastructure, subject to applicable technical, operational, and regulatory considerations. At the infrastructure level, Datagram’s node software is being extended to support an open application framework. Following review for security and operational requirements, third-party applications may be made available within the node software environment. This framework is designed to improve infrastructure utilization and enable a broader range of services to operate within the Datagram ecosystem, while supporting revenue sharing with node operators where applicable. At present, Datagram supports video conferencing, AI inference and voice recognition, and VPN services operating on decentralized infrastructure. These services represent current production workloads and provide a base for evaluating additional use cases. With respect to the team, Jason, Chris, and Andy are stepping away from their roles. I would like to acknowledge and thank them for their contribution to the project. Datagram is in the process of assuming direct management of its social and community channels to improve clarity, consistency, and transparency in communications. @DrWilliamNguyen I paid $9 for Datagram VPN and can’t even find a proper support channel. On a solid Windows PC, the VPN is hanging my system with minimal usage. Where do paying users go for help? @DGramNetwork @DrWilliamNguyen

Even on a decent setup (Win10 64-bit, i5 10th Gen, 8GB RAM), Datagram VPN causes the system to hang with minimal usage. No clear support channel found. @DGramNetwork @DrWilliamNguyen any guidance or known issues?
