I've fixed the problem with my OBS. I was using deb as my file format, and it was outdated. So I had to switch to flatpak & install the pipewire plugin. Grok saved me so much time, just to troubleshoot. So it shouldn't be crashing my OBS or ending after 30 minutes in.
