Dr Kelly's story resonates with me I was an Oxfordshire resident and my husband was a research scientist so I was very aware of many issues around this,and widely discussed among fellow scientists In 2018 I was working for Oxfordshire County Council in a Children's home I whistleblew about appalling Safeguarding failures, I worked with a number of children who DIED and they LIED to cover up their failures I raised concerns about County Lines drug trafficking, Child Sexual Abuse and systemic multi agency cover ups I was abused by Oxfordshire County Council Director of Law and Governance Nick Graham until I considered suicide as a means to escape his TORTURE, he was also the Monitoring Officer for Oxfordshire More importantly he was and has recently been promoted, the Coroner for Oxfordshire Oxfordshire County Council were made aware that I was suicidal as a direct consequence of Nick Grahams Abuse. He was responsible for creating fraudulent data to cover up their failures. He created a smear campaign claiming I was mentally ill and threatening suicide. A number of people were coerced to create fraudulent reports claiming that I was mentally ill and threatening suicide Thames Valley Police also created a narrative that I was mentally ill, paranoid and delusional and threatening suicide The collusion between the Local Authority, Police and Coroner, the Courts was criminal 8 years later and the attempts to discredit me continue I am done with people trying to discredit me and claim I am a liar, so I have posted my evidence Oxfordshire has a significant history of Child Sexual Abuse, County Lines drug trafficking, corruption, collusion, cover ups and criminality I too have had multiple attempts to kill me, multiple kidnap attempts and attempts to get me sectioned in order to silence me I never imagined that Whistleblowing could result in me being killed There were very senior officers within Oxfordshire County Council and Thames Valley Police as well as a number of Judges within Oxford Court who have been complicit with covering up serious crimes carried out in Oxfordshire where senior management has tried to kill me in order to silence the truth.... Dr Hutton was murdered by someone in the US or UK security services to send a message to other would be whistle blowers at the time. The UK had an a potential issue with this at the time. In short there are to many suspicious factors around Dr Hutton’s death that just don’t add up.
