Hurts a little bit that you said “seen us play under Arteta”
You guys make it seem like Arteta never played or is incapable of high-scoring, expansive football.
The same Arteta that will show up at opponents stadium and paste them 6-0, 5-0.
This pragmatic, tactical football he plays now is because of the pressure of trying to land a trophy, a validation everyone wants.
Recency bias is a thing sha, but make we try judge the guy based on his total experience.

The first 15-20 minutes of that game was probably the most interesting line up I have seen us play under Arteta. PSG were confused. A decent forward and we’d have scored.

@Iam_Jyde That match made me realise that defenders no matter how great, when then meet or encounter wingers that are exceptionally good, they are often rendered helpless if not useless... It happened during Robben, CR7 & Messi's time. Even If they had parked the box the 2&3s will feel it.

While I understand your angle, I still think that match lacks defensive structure... Nueur didn't save a single shot in target in that match... Can you believe how poor that was? Yes exciting attack but at 5-2, anywhere else, the game should been managed better and wrapped up

@NurseLekan They did shut them down, our attack refused to do their own job. Limiting them to 1 and 2 goals in both matches was something and the fact that arsenal were missing some players also.
