@Jay46870783 @Deshawn_Smith_ For reference here is the user percentage on the launch 50 series cards, I have probably personally seen more people claim to own a 5090 than actually own one. 5080 is actually better than I expected, I assumed less than 1% but the 5070 is used by nearly 1 in 10 active users.

@Jay46870783 @Deshawn_Smith_ The reality is that almost none of those high end and titan class GPUs are going to gamers who were mostly buying the 5070 series or lower cause it was the only affordable option. And the 5070 may or may not exist anymore.

@Jay46870783 @Deshawn_Smith_ But then there is PC hardware as a whole, which does not get software subsidies unlike Playstation, so you need to factor in software since Playstation probably makes more profit selling a single 3rd party game than a console. Hardware has to make what it makes up front.

Steam is for casual gamers and poor people, and anybody who has bought something from a steam sale should refocus on upping their finances and put gaming aside for awhile.

I own both... So this is a lie.
My PC is valued at $1700 in today's market and PS5 Pro beats it in so many ways.
You're not Playing ultra settings native 4k path tracing on a $1700 PC.
Heck! my brother has a $3500 4090 rig and he doesn't play native 4k.
