Microsoft Fabric: Unified experience (enabling e2e analytics journey), storage (with OneLake) and commercial model looks really compelling. Especially unified experience where even I could go through the end to end journey in couple of hours is great. I i…lnkd.in/gpn5ZhYR

1) I ingested approximately 120 million rows into OneLake using SkyPoint Dataflow, which internally utilizes Databricks DLT pipelines. 2) Purchased F2 capacity in Azure 3) Wrote scala code in Fabric notebooks to perform basic transformations. 4) Everything went smoothly. I collected performance data for Databricks Photon and Fabric compute using OneLake as the Lakehouse. I'm impressed with both Databricks and Fabric. Well done!
