I’d like to hear from both- business owners and employee standpoints.
You hire somebody at an entry-level position that requires no skill… Like a GED/high school diploma role and you start them at minimum wage.
what is your thought on pay raises or when the person asks for substantial raise, even though the role requires minimal skill.
Easy position to replace.

I found this strange thing at my girlfriend’s place and have no idea what it is. The spikes can retract using a wheel on the back, and the black part seems to be a cushion. It’s made in the USA—any idea what this could be?
