i have to undergo an ed form for my cosmetic surgery with a psychiatrist to be approved and i’m scared if im honest then it’ll just invalidate everything like if i was rll6 sick i wouldn’t be honest. but i don’t want to lie and harm myself by lying bc of the surgery fuck
