Thanks to the paramedics and stewards at @afcbournemouth for looking after me today! Eventful first match back being hit by Nick Pope’s awful clearance 😂 A cut down to my skull and a few stitches later 😂

Had great fun & exercise at @Soccer_Shack would highly recommend a session. Tried football tennis, 2 v 2, techball (very badly) and the interactive room. The 5-a-side pitches are great too!
