9/ modular housing is full of fun structural engineering problems. a foundation that stays level on ground that doesn't is one of them. every backyard is a different soil, slope, and climate, and WorkPod has to outlast all of it. housing, reinvented.

8/ so the things a slab can't do, this does: sloped lots up to ~5 deg, each foot independent. settlement -> re-level instead of a cracked floor. heave -> wind it back. it's reversible, which is the point.

@csaba_kissi @autonomous_labs We are still teaching Lamp, but you can think of it as an @openclaw agent with eyes, ears, mouth, and many other sensors. So it sees and hears the physical environment surrounding it instead of being stuck in a computer. It reasons on what it sees and hears, and acts!

@mrfundman @autonomous_labs We’ve been shipping these units with solar panels! Many customers bought the WorkPod Versatile and use as a bedroom. We’re working on restroom and kitchen next. The goal is to ship a full house in a day and assemble and live in in a day. As easy as ordering an iPhone online.

Early fire detection is a computer vision application that should be present everywhere as a prevention tool. In this example, the flame is detected just 4 seconds after ignition using a SAM network that can run on a standard Raspberry Pi.
