Whale Branch has hired alum Devonta "Dee" Delaney as their new Head Football Coach.
Delaney was an All-American at The Citadel, spent one year at the University of Miami, and played in the NFL for several seasons.

He's coming home. 49 career NFL games. Dedicated to his alma mater, Whale Branch HS all the way through. Dee Delaney says this is the only head coaching job he would have taken. Good thing, it was available and they wanted him. The Citadel great, former Miami standout and NFL DB is home in Beaufort County as the new head coach of the Warriors.
