For those of you who didn't enjoy today's event please read this post! I understand that this event was quite lackluster. Today is also #FortniteCommunityDay which means that a lot of players are likely focused on completing wins, enjoying power hour, etc. With that said personally I did enjoy this event being more chill, as I was able to sit and chill with the chat. (However, I can see why this event would be boring for a typical player) I'll start with my negatives on the event and then I'll give my positives. Negatives: - Too much time between Beskar Droid spawns - The price jump from Epic to Legendary is quite steep - You can't upgrade from rainbow to Beskar using upgrade chips - Not enough Beskar Droids per player (1 Beskar spawns per player in the lobby) Positives: - Chill event - Good opportunity to collect Beskar Droids to fill the Droidex quick - 2 cool base paints added based on Beskar Droids collected - Very visible when a Beskar Droid spawns - Beskar Droids have VERY stats While this event was not our typical #DroidTycoon weekend event, there were definitely some great things about it. It's hard to compete with #Fortnite when you're a UEFN map within it. I understand why some were upset, but we also need to remember that 3 weekends in a row we got some really good events. I'm sure future events will be better, assuming that there are no other outside factors. Do you guys agree with this take? 🤔
