I've found a new mantra for when I feel overwhelmed:
"No. Is a complete sentence"
Thank you @luckygirliegirl
English

Why it's important to be able to say no? Well if you don't respect your own time, how can you expect others to respect your time.
You need time to focus on your goals!!

Never let data take the lead when formulating questions!
The hardest part is collecting clean data to get an (mostly) unbiased answer. When you answer the questions formed with data in the lead, you will reinforce existing views.

Ethan Mollick@emollick
