@TheLaurenChen To be fair, my parents had to pull pur family out of generational poverty, so the baseline was all over the place from the get go. They are slowly learning that it takes a village, but they never had that.

Boomers don't want to hear this, but one of the (many) reasons why my generation isn't having as many kids? A lot of millennials feel they can't depend on their parents for help the way they saw their own grandparents pitch in when they were growing up

Finding a girl who loves you for you when you’re already rich. My wife met me when I was broke in NJ. She’s seen the all nighters and the pain. The grind and stress. She grinds right by my sides and she respects when I need to make hard sacrifices for the business because she saw where I was at 5 years ago. That’s the type of love you can’t fake dog. Find a girl before you get rich. If you can’t do that, money isn’t the solution. Only inner work is.

I'm 15, raised $500k, and moving to SF in June. Most people told me it wasn’t realistic. Some said I was too young. Even my parents didn’t think it would work. I almost believed them but I kept building anyway. It feels so surreal typing this. One small win turned into another, conversations turned into opportunities, and now it's all compounded into this. Super grateful for the small minority who believed in me 🙌 (I'm kidding btw... just practicitng my speech for when it really happens)
