but seriously, you're the mom... you are the #1 person in this new person's life. you set the standard for everyone; tell the husband to prepare to change 10 diapers a day; to make food for you, and that you're essentially bedridden for the next 30 days and you need your dad, etc; this is a community effort; your neighbors need to be cooking you soups and food and you need meat rich food post birth and throughout because your baby is going to be sucking the life out of you and you're going to be recovering from a major surgery; this is no joke... it's going to be insanely hard on you and you need everyone in your life to step up big time during the immediate recovery process and just in general as well even after you get better.

Just paid like 16 months or so of a lease moved in- and came back 5 days later to an active termite infestation and before we left there was an active flooding situation from clogged lines idk where.

@DoNotLose If it makes you feel any better, I just had to pay 60k for 29 new windows after a tornado touched down a mile from my house

I think my all-in cost to move was like $65k. I have bad credit so I had to put the whole lease down before moving in.
