@UberShouts@Rogue_winz No worries, work in the field of exercise rehabilitation so it's hard not to comment when you see incorrect form and have had previous clients injure their discs due to incorrectly doing the deadlift specifically.
@UberShouts@Rogue_winz@ridicvle Yeah its more scapular depression shoulder into back pockets. Think of pulling the bar apart also is a good cue. Looking at the vid the hips come up way to early it looks like more of a good morning exercise than a deadlift movement pattern.
@UberShouts@Rogue_winz@ridicvle Haha I'm just trolling man, control isn't as crucial with a power lift movement it's mainly keeping neutral spine. So cues would be to squeeze ur lats not letting your shoulders round forward and make sure your hips are coming up at the same time as your upper body
