For aspiring coders. What job do you currently have?

Coding bootcamps and universities are broken. It's time the world prioritizes mental support by licensed professionals alongside technical skill development. Without one, the other is useless.

The real crisis in Education. 1. The curriculum isn’t the solution. 2. Your mentors and teachers aren’t incentivized for your success. 3. You cannot become a software engineer if you first haven’t mastered yourself. To be continued.
