Tip on notice to quit A quit notice can feel like your landlord has pressed the โ€œevictโ€ button, but itโ€™s not the time to panic or start fighting. Once youโ€™re served, read it properly, check the date, know your rights, communicate calmly, start making plans, and avoid owing rent if possible. The goal is not drama. The goal is to leave with your peace, your belongings, and your dignity intact. Have you ever received a quit notice before?

Today I disproved one of my own theories about X monetization. I thought long, meaningful conversations might trigger ads in replies. Then I found a post with 100+ verified replies, the creator was actively replying to almost everyone... No ads. So reply count alone clearly isn't the answer. The more I study X, the more I realize there are hidden variables we can't see. What's the strongest monetization pattern you've personally observed?

I entered a commercial bus today from Ikeja to Maryland. The fare was exactly 400 Naira. I brought out a crisp. Neat 500 Naira note from my pocket. I handed it to the conductor. The moment his hand touched the money. He screamed. "Oya! Enter with your change! I no get 100 Naira o!" I told him politely. "Boss, it's just 500 Naira. The change is just 100 Naira." He looked at me. Like I just insulted his lineage. "And so?! Where I want see 100 Naira? You think say I print money?" "If you no get change, Come down for road!" The bus was already moving at 60km/h. Where did he want me to jump to? A guy sitting next to me. Wearing a corporate suit, Tried to intervene. "Conductor. Why are you shouting? Itโ€™s just 100 Naira change." The conductor turned his anger to the man. "Oga suit! Mind your business o! If you get change, give am!" For the next 15 minutes. The bus was a battlefield. The conductor . Refused to give me my money. When we finally reached my bus stop. He looked at me. And looked at another guy. Who was also waiting for. 100 Naira change. He pulled out a dirty. Mangled. Ancient. 200 Naira note from his pocket. It was torn in the middle. It looked like it survived the Nigerian civil war. He threw it at us. "Oya! Twins! Share am!" Share 200 Naira? With a complete stranger? In the middle of the highway? The guy and I just stood there. On the pavement. Looking at the dirty note. We didn't know whether. To go find a shop to look for change. Or just let it go. Eventually. We walked to a nearby vendor. To buy pure water . Just to break the money. I spent my 100 Naira change. Trying to split 100 Naira change. Lagos conductors can give you. High blood pressure over small denominations. They will hold your money. Like a personal inheritance. Whatโ€™s your wildest experience. With a conductor and change? Drop your stories below, letโ€™s laugh! ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Youโ€™re still sleeping with random girls without using a condom in Nigeria? Thatโ€™s extremely risky. You could end up testing positive for HIV or another sexually transmitted infection if you donโ€™t start protecting yourself.
