okay methinks i am going to get off twt for the rest of the day because it is a mess. once again, i have already apologized for the fiasco that was the gofundme, and i will apologize again: i am so sorry. i got too excited and jumped in over my head. idk how many times i'm gonna have to apologize until you guys know that i actually mean it. at the end of the day, the only thing i wanted to do was be able to say that i didn't stop fighting for enhypen, because tweeting all day didn't feel like enough for everything i see the boys going through. once again, i am so sorry, and i will see you guys tomorrow 🧡

another update: turns out this is more complicated than we initially expected. it's very expensive to have millions of tweets under a hashtag analyzed. twitter's analytical information was free when the current hashtag world record was set (back in 2019 before elon musk purchased twitter). however, since elon musk purchased twitter and turned it into x, they now make it virtually impossible for that information to be accessed. like, it would probably take hundreds of thousands of dollars to get the hashtag analyzed, and we are absolutely NOT going to ask for that money from you guys. we were also informed by someone with a background in data science that it would take a very long time for such a large amount of data to be retrieved even if we did pay for it. on top of that, submitting the record to guinness would take multiple weeks. we are still going to see if there is any way to make this happen, but with the way that elon musk has changed x, it might not be possible. i am honestly heartbroken. i don't want you guys to think that all of this effort was wasted, because it wasn't. we are continuing to show belift and hybe just how hard we are willing to fight for our boys, and i can pretty confidently say that i know we had millions and millions of tags dropped. that is no small feat, and i am grateful to all of you who dedicated your time to this. i better see each and every one of you being SO PROUD of yourselves. as far as the money from the gofundme, we will be refunding all of it if possible. if not, as a fandom we will vote on a charity to donate it to under enhypen's name. i'm so sorry if this upsets or disappoints any of you, because i can see just how much you wanted this, because i wanted it, too. just know that your efforts were absolutely not wasted, and we will continue fighting for enhypen until the end. lastly, if you're going to drop hate comments, please just spare us both the trouble and don't. trust me, i'm already beating myself up more for this than you ever could, so just block me and move on if you're that upset. for enhypen, until the end 🧡

hello everyone ! i just wanted to come on here and clarify a few things i have been seeing since i'm the creator of the gofundme. first and foremost, i do want to apologize for the way the gofundme looked to most people. i am very new to the website and so is everyone in the gc who worked on this, so we were very confused on why the goal was going up. come to find out, gofundme will automatically raise your goal the more money it collects. our original goal was strictly $500 and nothing else. we thought that was a very fair goal, especially to what we were aiming to do. second, for the people asking for the link and if the donos were closed, yes. we have shut down the donos, so no more money can be sent. it all happened really fast, like i said in the last post we are all learning as we go. for everyone's money, i agree with what you guys have been saying. we all should use our money safely and wisely as to how much effort and work we put in to earn it ! we are now in the process of working w a lot of people to get everything analyzed and sent. lastly, as we stated multiple times, the remaining money will DEFINITELY go towards protest trucks, banners, etc. we know that we will have remaining funds left over and would like to help in other places than just the tags ! if you guys have any links to trucks, banners, flags, etc PLEASE feel free to dm me ! once again, i am sincerely sorry for how everything looked to everyone. this was a mistake in the process, but now we are very aware on how gofundme works ! if you guys have anymore questions or concerns, my dms are open to you !

some of u guys are more worried about HS coming online to clear the “situation” up than addressing the elephant in the room about the harassment he’s been facing since january by akgaes who have grossly been manipulating his pics with AI, spam messaging, leaking passport/phone # and more. and all that has been getting worse since march 10th. u have ot6/akgaes posting fake translations and getting 10k+ likes, hate/shady tweets with 5k+ likes as well, coming up with false narratives that the members never cared for him, calling him greedy/selfish and every derogatory name in the book. and your biggest concern is that “you’re upset with him” and he should “say something” and that goes for the other members as well. they don’t owe you anything and all that anger you’re projecting should be directed towards the company bc they are the ones responsible for this situation.

engenes! i know everyone wants to know if we broke the world record or not, and i am also dying with anticipation ngl. however, because x heavily guards the amount of times a hashtag is tweeted, it becomes a bit more complicated to figure out if we broke the world record. to get the exact number, we have to pay at least $150 USD to get an official report. this might take a bit of time, and if we did get the world record, then we would likely have to pay at least a few hundred USD to submit it to the guinness book of world records. we are going to set up a gofundme so that people who are able and willing to donate are able to. there is absolutely NO PRESSURE to donate, so please please please do not feel bad if you're unable to. i will post updates on how the process is going whenever i have them, and i need you all to know how much i love you and am grateful to you for how hard you've been fighting for enhypen! #ENGENES_MADE_ENHYPEN_7
