Suboptimal lip-sync, uncanny head movements, typical robotic voice from 2025 - you can do way better with 3.0 at your disposal. This SHOULD NOT be the standard for AI UGCs in 2026.
MAX@maxxmalist

kling 3.0 is crazy... the way this model interprets prompts is unlike any other video gen tool rn gave it minimal input - 2 images, one multi prompt, and it built out complete scene logic on its own scaling this with more references is going to be insane for batch content

this video is 100% AI generated everyone has access to the same tools right now. sora, veo, kling. they're all publicly available. but most people are getting trash outputs while a small group is getting very-realistic results the only difference is your prompt whatever goes in comes out. if you put junk in, only junk will come out we have developed a very unique prompting framework and it's giving us results that don't look AI generated at all we reverse engineered thousands of realistic UGC videos and trained our prompt framework on the exact specifications of what makes those videos feel real the framework forces realistic imperfections into every generation. > breathing sway, micro-shake, grip adjustments. the subtle things that make footage feel human it has anti-glitch safety rules built in that prevent AI artifacts before they even happen. > specific camera behavior emulation like autofocus breathing and exposure shifts. > environmental audio layering. natural speech patterns with timing precision. the goal isn't perfection. it's believable imperfection that's what makes AI video pass as real

@danielhangan_ It seems smart but the problems is that hetzner and all these vps providers also use low-quality datacenters for their IP. If it's just to test on a few accounts - sure, but mobile proxies still seem like the safest option.

39.2M Views | 1 Format account name: miafavella_official on ig ai generated organic fully taking over in the looksmaxxing niche one of the most common formats being the "ID method" what's more funny is how insultingly easy these are to recreate any kid with access to nano banana pro & little editing skills is now able to fully enforce the death internet theory into reality "but people can tell it's ai" so what? for every 1 person that complains, there's 9 others who passively consume the content we are still in the denial stage the average consumer has to swallow the fact that AI content has gotten so plausible, it's hard to distinguish from real but as the years go by, the average joe on tiktok will stop second-guessing what's real and what's not until then for people running any kind of offer - ecom, aff, saas, info the real differentiator would be finding creative angles the best organic marketing isn't a funnel — it's a series of well-timed emotional mirrors yes, the creative matters. making it plausible matters. but in a world where any format can be replicated in 20 minutes, the real edge is emotional accuracy at scale it's about who understands their audience's psyche well enough to manufacture 50 different emotional entry points a day you gotta be relentlessly testing new formats & hooks. 90% of the creatives will end up in the garbage, but the other 10% will do heavy lifting and this is the leverage and great equalizer for small teams - being able to replicate winning formats at scale

@iamgdsa This only works if you're based in China. Live commerce is not developed enough in the west to replicate their results. Douyin is set up in such way that they actually encourage this type of degeneracy 😂 x.com/ditenforcer/st…
jordanov@ditenforcer

Chinese and Vietnamese phone farm operators have been doing this for a long time. As a matter of fact, the Douyin algorithm even rewards this behavior in many ways. It's just that now we have one extra factor—AI automation—which makes it even more dystopian for people outside this space. But... Douyin ≠ TikTok. They are essentially the same thing, but they serve two very different markets and prioritize and incentivize different metrics. The biggest and starkest difference is that TikTok is content first and commerce second, while Douyin is the exact opposite. Douyin is commerce first, content second. Live commerce is core for the Chinese—it's not just an extra feature. They couldn't care less about content quality as long as it doesn't break any rules and passes compliance. Content is evaluated as a tool for commerce, not as art or entertainment. So, in a sense, Douyin is more closely aligned with the market, because the market is the ultimate truth—if you're wrong (no conversions), the algorithm will literally let you know. This is nothing like here in the US or Europe, where we have to be extra cautious, buy physical phones, purchase mobile proxies, warm up accounts, etc. Live commerce and affiliate infrastructure on Douyin are impeccable. Device fingerprinting and IP purity don't matter as much. That's why you see these guys running huge pools of cloud phones. Scaling is much cheaper and frictionless for them.

$120k–$180k/month from looksmaxxing pages built on transformation curiosity, not loud claims the content is simple before and after faces neutral lighting no hype captions people stop because they recognize themselves then watch because improvement feels possible and attainable ai helps scale the same structure same framing same pacing same emotional beat different faces every time no creators to manage no filming schedules just proven formats repeated across dozens of pages the monetization sits quietly in the bio tools apps routines nothing forced rt + comment “look” and i’ll send how these pages are actually built (follow for dm)

@alexcooldev Of course they convert, conversion relies more on emotional resonance rathern than honesty. There will come a time where the averege consumer on tt/ig would stop second-guessing , they would stop caring as long as it serves their emotional needs.

You’ll soon be able to spin up dozens of AI influencers and run 24/7 livestreams that review and sell your products nonstop. This model is already exploding in China and Vietnam. The surprising part isn’t the tech. It’s that people still watch and still convert.

What's stopping you from going to pro.x.com, setting up 7 high-quality feeds, a Chrome extension with Claude Code attached analyzing everything, extracting value, and storing it in SQLite?

i haven’t experienced tt flagging my ai ugcs, they do get views, but views are not a relevant metric imo, conversions on the other hand is what’s inportant i think we’re still early and everyone >75IQ can tell these are ai, the tech is improving but small things like the voice believability and lip sync are huge bottlenecks, so organic with ai ugcs is not really viable but but I’ve seen use cases for paid ads that work well with this format

The truth is, it takes many iterations to create a good AI UGC video. I’ve personally spent over $500 learning how to make AI UGC videos that don’t get flagged as AI on TikTok. Honestly, hiring a real Gen Z UGC creator might save you a lot of time and money. I personally prefer Gen Z UGC models who create content in bulk for $2–$3 per video and then distribute it using clippers.

i studied 800+ videos with more than 1M views i'm retarded now but i found something that'll break your mind: posts with typos get 34% more engagement than perfect posts not because people comment corrections (they do) but because typos signal authentic human creation the algorithm is TRAINED to suppress perfection think about it: every bot post is grammatically perfect every scheduled post is polished every ai post is pristine but humans? dawg we're messy i started telling our clippers to intentionally fuck up one word per post engagement went up 35% across the network doesn't sound like a lot until you realize on a million that's 1.36M 360k extra viewers because of a silly little mistake the platforms want authentic human messiness at SCALE we're giving them exactly that (or atleast they think we are) perfection is the enemy of distribution

After observing, I think it’s not necessary to set the VPN in the US. This is one of my US channels, when videos get only a few views, 99% of viewers are from the US. But once a video goes viral (over 100k views), it reaches audiences worldwide

Goodbye Claude Code... I hate to say this but Cursor + Claude 4 Sonnet Thinking (Max) 600k context is KING!!! Latest Cursor update is blazing FAST!! The intelligence for refactors, new feature implementations, and large context window leave large enough context windows for Claude 4 Sonnet thinking to really shine. I've used 120k context and I have tons of runway to continue cooking with Cursor Agent. Cursor's IDE knows where to grab the files extremely fast and they understand what changed in my codebase. When I would clear chats with Claude Code (which I do frequently) it would take a lot of time for Claude Code to build context again to make accurate changes. The latest Cursor update feels like it is reading my mind. I'm going super duper fast with Cursor Agent.
