Just got my author copies of The Table, co-written w/ Winsome Bingham, illustrated by Caldecott Honor winner Jason Griffin. Out Sept 17. Everyone has a seat at OUR table!

Sydney, Day 1 was wonderful! Explored Darling Harbor on our own, ate lunch at the Blackbird Cafe, napped, went out to Nicks Seafood for dinner for delicious local fish and prawns. Visited Jolene’s for some live country music. Tired, but happy! @docfletch2016

Yesterday, my dad, kids & I visited Centro Cultural Mexiquense & the Central Public Library in Toluca, my hometown in México 🇲🇽 I’m very excited because I donated a copy of Santiago’s Dinosaurios 🦕 so kids in my city can enjoy the story. Bucket list moment! ⭐️ #kidlit #pb
