@be_like_ice With ADHD it is genuinely never a bad idea to just, spam the fuck outta them tho. Like, genuinely. There's no urgency to respond rlly with ADHD, especially with casual stuff. So all it does is give more to respond to.

@be_like_ice Sounds like ADHD to me, I often forget to respond because it just, escapes my mind entirely when other shit starts going on. Unless your spamming them and they still not responding, it is probably just ADHD. Honestly even if you are sending multiple messages a day it be like that

Help. I’m in a relationship with someone who has ADHD and I’m honestly so confused. He disappears when things get overwhelming, like just stops replying for days. Then comes back saying he “shut down.” Is this actually an ADHD thing or am I being ignored?
