Full name is 25k valuable only for him because is his name and he have it, but if was the oposite situation he will not even pay 1k for his name. How often is that full name? By the way, i own some last names, imagine how cool will be as a family email. But im not really sure asking price. i do own first names.

I was recently working on a Domain Acquisition. Buyer's fullname was exact match dot com and seller's fullname was also exact match dot com. Buyer offered 2k, but the seller said that it will cost 25k to give up my name. Would you give up your fullname .com for 2k or 25k?

Such situations were nonexistent until "Swetha" suddenly emerged from nowhere and with 24k premium xyz #domains and began reporting questionable high-value sales, like bull.xyz for $200K! (a name she bought at $100 1 year before) Here my research on bull.xyz: x.com/jackdomainer/s… and reporting also many other 5,6 digits "sales" on a weekly basis. I personally checked many of those "developed" sites and many look fake sites with very convincing aesthetics but no functionality, or no content, or no people behind, or no social media, or social media but with 90% fake followers/bots. They also engage in fabricating "fundraisings" by claiming on their blogs or anonymous twitter accounts that companies who purchased these expensive #xyz domains have received millions in funding. This tactic is used to justify the seemingly exorbitant prices "paid" for low-value xyz domains, making it appear less suspicious to domainers by creating the illusion that it is possible to sell such names at inflated prices, these individuals manipulate domainers into taking the risk of purchasing these kind of .xyz names at high prices in the aftermarket mostly from them. Subsequently, domainers find themselves locked into paying substantial renewal fees as high as 3,4 digits expecting a return on their investment based on the false narrative created by these bad actors. Unfortunately many domain investors fall into this apparent #scam, for example fellow #domainer Krista Gable @DomainDomme twitted few times her deeply regret of aquiring Luxury.xyz writting that she "got no offers or interest at all in her domain" for about 1 year, she just recently got an offer but dont even cover the money she invested on the name, i wont share the exact price she paid but was several thousands in fact was almost the price of a small new car, and she is carrying also $500 renewal fee! The average renewal fee of an xyz premium keyword is arround $500, but some like News.xyz (available for hand reg) have a reg fee of $10,9017 and yearly renewal of the same price!! you see where is the business here? Im surpised how the @FTC and @Icann are not looking into this. This are fraudulent activities in many ways.
