@dphaw This house is nice and solidly built because it was built when quality still mattered but it's dated. The comparables were to much newer homes on bigger lots. Seller paid $131k August 2015. It's scary.

Appraisal came back at $338k. We're paying $323k. I wish it would have come in lower to negotiate but it is what it is and we're one step closer to having a house.
