@Radiopaedia Quite a rare injury. It's an avulsion of the ischial tuberosity from the conjoint tendon of biceps femoris and semimembranosis. The more common injury in adolescents is from the kicking action with avulsion of ASIS at the insertion of the long head of biceps femoris
