Gangle is so me

I realized I’ve never really talked about this before, so I wanted to share a bit about my approach to character design work. This is just my personal philosophy, but when I receive a commission, I see it as being invited to help bring someone’s dream to life, like an architect helping to realize a vision. That’s why I place so much importance on truly understanding the client’s blueprint and direction. Even when adding my own style, I always check in advance whether that’s something the client actually wants.🏗️ For each project, I present multiple ideas and keep refining them together until the client is satisfied. I genuinely love this collaborative process. In my work, I tend to put my personal preferences second and focus on what best serves the client’s vision.✏️📒 Whether or not my name is attached to the project, I can fully commit to creating exactly in line with the given world and requirements. At the same time, I also deeply value developing my own creative identity in my personal work. In the past, I always prioritized my clients’ requests, but recently, more and more clients have been asking me to incorporate my own personal style into their projects, which truly makes me happy.😌💕

I have something I’d like to talk to you all about. For a long time, I worked in a support role to make ends meet. It was work I truly loved, but it demanded so much of my time and energy that my own creative work had to take a back seat. Stress built up without me even realizing it, and there were times when it took a toll on my health. Lately, though, I've achieved some financial stability and have been getting more and more wonderful opportunities to collaborate with fellow creators. My creative environment is slowly but surely recovering.☺
