Everyone should read this book it's called Understanding Comics. It has a lot of good information not just about comics but about the predicament of being an artist in general

How I do anatomy studies: 1. Pick one area you struggle with. 2. Gather more references than you think you need. 3. Try copying them, but without tracing. 4. Then try from memory or a different angle. That’s how learning actually works. I wish someone told me that years ago.
