How do we assess that our staff are having meaningful PADR’s? 🗒️ Can’t just be an audit of the documentation alone, perhaps a interview with staff to gain feedback?!!?! Anyone use any tools to do this? #development #talentspotting #meaningful #supportive 🤩

@PaulaBoughey Thanks for sharing, really good tool. Haven’t done PADR training in @SwanseabayNHS but will start to explore and build on the tools provided in this training to support the manager and the employee for a meaningful PADR.
