We didn't invent the dynamic run warmup, but we use it before every run workout to get our runners ready. We use a similar routine with adult and youth athletes. The motions in the warmup help get the muscles ready to move and work to their full potential. bit.ly/2YVDZp6

Practicing transitions is like getting free time back. There have been races where I know that I didn’t get a podium spot because I didn’t save time in transition- I could see in the splits that I was faster on all events but I lost time in transition. bit.ly/2Wi92NV
