“Hike in fuel price isn't Tinubu’s fault. It is the world leaders’.” - Tinubu supporter. I have just listened to this fish brain canvassing for Tinubu and all I could say is “may God not allow me to be this callous and stup!d.”✍️

From all the ingredients she used I currently have the potato and salt in my kitchen, you think I can still make this?

In all this suffering and hardship, you’d rarely see celebrities stand with the people. Nollywood actors, musicians, skit makers, comedians, most will either align with the government or stay silent. Granted, they have that right. But Nigerians also have the right to stop supporting them, yet that’s the part nobody wants to exercise. Instead, the same people being affected will still stream their music, watch their movies, attend their shows, and keep them relevant, while hyping them like nothing is happening. These celebs have made it clear that self-preservation comes first, and they’re not even pretending otherwise… and unfortunately, Nigerians keep rewarding them for it. ..Because Nigerians don’t know how to hold people accountable, and more importantly, don’t know how to withdraw support, this cycle won’t end.
