Not everyone will agree here. Pick a side and defend it.

@fakyoo2002 @parti_king Why? The word has been considered a threat since before we were conceived so when did it become allowed to be said?

@godxtear @parti_king So if speech is protected regardless of how harmful it is… where do you draw the line between protection and accountability?

@explainthistho @parti_king Freedom of speech exists precisely to protect speech people hate. It doesn’t make insults wise or consequence-free; it limits coercion/censorship. Once “offensive” becomes the test, whoever holds power gets to define offense.

@LibCrying47987 @parti_king Did they though? History has substantial evidence that it may be the other way around. Who created the word in the first place?

@Ron_23 @313Palmer @parti_king Right! because they don’t want to admit the history behind the n word and how no one actually determined when this word wasn’t considered a threat to colored people…

@DBeall6 @parti_king That’s not what I asked tho, when did the hard ER word become not considered a threat to say freely under your right to have freedom of speech?

@DBeall6 @parti_king So if a word was used prior as a threat, when did saying the n word become a safe word to freely use under your freedom of speech?

@Raticus74 @parti_king So would you say using the n word is not a threat? Considering back in the days black people were murdered by people who said that. Considering the past is considered a threat?

@explainthistho @parti_king Yes it does. Free speech doesn't apply when "THREATS" are included in the words. If people are offended by words then do not act a fool to be called the words you do not like. Or move.

@explainthistho @1amRosario @LaurenWitzkeDE Its preventative measures. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Keeping the risk of malintent away from being able to victimize others. His hurt feelings arent as important as preventing little girls traumatization.

A transgender is putting his local prom dress store "on notice" because they don't want to hire some freak in a skirt who'll make their underage customer base feel uncomfortable during the fitting process. Good luck with that, pal.

On Friday, May 1, I spent the day in Santa Barbara County off SR-154, in the area where Celeste’s passport card was found by a Caltrans worker. I captured high-resolution drone imagery of the area. Once I finish my current search mission in the Grand Canyon, I will process the imagery through the detection analysis programs we use. The area is covered by license plate readers. The specific area where he appears to have pulled off SR-154 has a gate that is closed from sunset to sunrise, so his car would likely have had to stay relatively close to SR-154. There are trails that lead down to the water, so someone could dispose of a chainsaw or other evidence there. Given how small and weak #D4vd is, I do not believe a chainsaw or other heavy evidence would be far into the water. The water is clear, and I was able to see several feet into it with the drone. I have a couple thousand high-resolution images from the area to process. I have attached a few low-resolution preview images to give an idea of the terrain. #CelesteRivasHernandez #D4vd
