AO3 author YingBuGu admits to using AI in their HR longfic too and the readers eat it up. I’m starting to think it’s less about a witch hunt and more that readers simply do not care about plagiarism, the environment, or human creativity. Bleak as hell.

you dont need hollywood level resources to write a fic. you just need to give a shit. you just have to try and fail and then try again until it fucking works. thats how you start! there is no shortcut! you have to put the time in! you have to care at least a little!
