I have tried all gym cardio equipment and bike is the worse, I think… it feels like just wasting my energy
The best cardio and actually burn a lot and give me the best results are stairmaster and incline walking

guys dont trust stationary bikes btw i would spend like 3hours per day on it nd still not lose anything even tho w the calories it shown me i burned i was supposed to be in huge deficit 😒😒😒😒

めちゃくちゃキツイけど、毎日してたら一週間で2キロ落ちてウエスト縦線出てきた😭感動😭
