On taking this up with the customer care, they simply said it can't be helped as the food was "not entirely inedible", and that I should be able to "manage". It was merely a "minor spillage." Blueberry fused with Nutella pastry so deeply that you couldn't tell one from the other.

The other two pastries were in separate boxes yes, but their faces were just as unrecognisable. It's no surprise because we received the boxes all jumbled and upside down, and the delivery person vanished soon as I could comprehend what I had just received.
