Nine cases filed against him simultaneously. Section 498A. Domestic violence. Maintenance. Child custody. Each hearing required a 1,700 kilometre round trip from Bengaluru to Jaunpur. He made that trip 40 times. He attended 120 court hearings over four years. His wife's family allegedly demanded Rs 3 crore to withdraw all cases. Rs 30 lakh separately for visitation rights to his own son. He alleged in his video that a sitting family court judge demanded Rs 5 lakh for a favourable order. On December 9, 2024 he died by suicide in his Bengaluru flat. He left a 24 page note and an 81 minute video. Dates. Case numbers. Names. Amounts. Every rupee documented. Every trip recorded. Every hearing listed. He did the system's job for it. Before he died he made one request to his family. Do not immerse my ashes in the Ganga until justice is served. His mother went to the Supreme Court asking to see her grandson. The court told her she was a stranger to the child. His case came up for hearing. The judge was on leave. One year adjournment. This week the Supreme Court took suo motu cognisance of the Twisha Sharma death case 11 days after her death. A bench led by the Chief Justice of India will hear it Monday. The Bar Council suspended her husband from legal practice within hours. AIIMS Delhi flew a medical board on a state charter plane for a second autopsy. Eleven days. The entire machinery of Indian justice moved. Atul Subhash left 81 minutes of documented evidence. He got a one year adjournment. His ashes are still waiting for the Ganga. मैं तुमसे बहुत प्यार करता हूं, मुझे माफ करना मां। इतना लिखने के बाद एसपी पूर्वी सुरेंद्र दास ( IPS ) ने सल्फास खाकर आत्महत्या कर लिया मां के लिए आईपीएस ने खा लिया जहर क्योंकि पत्नी ने ऐसी शर्त रख दी थी .....! 🥹 2012 बैच के आईपीएस ऑफिसर कानपुर के एसपी सिटी थे ..वह मानसिक तनाव में थे ....उनकी पत्नी बेहद अमीर और रसूखदार परिवार से थी जब कि सुरेंद्र कुमार दास एक बेहद निम्न मध्यम वर्गीय परिवार के थे और अपनी मेहनत से आईपीएस बने थे उत्तर भारत में ऐसा रिवाज है कि निम्न/ मध्यम वर्गीय परिवार का कोई होनहार लड़का अगर आईएएस / IAS बन जाता है तो घरवाले दहेज की लालच में उसकी शादी बेहद अमीर और उच्च वर्ग में कर देते हैं वह भूल जाते हैं कि दोनों की मानसिकता में जमीन आसमान का फर्क होता है और नतीजा बेहद भयावह हो सकता है। घटना के बाद पुलिस की जांच में यह सामने आया है कि वह कई दिनों से डिप्रेशन में थे और गूगल में आत्महत्या करने के बारे में सर्च किया करते थे। एसपी ने करीब 25 ग्राम सल्फास खाया था। जहर ने सुरेंद्र दास के हार्ट और लीवर को क्षति पहुंचाया है। एसपी अपनी मां को अपने साथ ही रखना चाहते थे,लेकिन पत्नी इसके लिए तैयार नहीं थी और इसी के कारण दोनों के बीच आए दिन तकरार होती थी। पत्नी ने एसपी से साफ कह दिया था कि कि यदि तुम मां को कानपुर लेकर आवोगे तो मैं घर छोड़ दूंगी और इसी के बाद बेवश आईपीएस ने खौफनाक कदम उठा लिया। एसपी सुरेंद्र दास ने आत्महत्या करने से पहले एक सुसाइड नोट छोड़ा था जिसपर लिखा था कि वह अपने पारिवारिक झगडे से परेशान होकर यह कदम उठा रहे हैं। एसपी सुरेंद्र दास और उनकी पत्नी रवीना सिंह के बीच कुछ बातों को लेकर अक्सर विवाद होता था। कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी के दिन एसपी की पत्नी रवीना सिंह ने नॉनवेज बर्गर मंगा कर खाया था जिस पर दोनों की बीच जमकर झगड़ा हुआ था। फोरेंसिक जाँच के दौरान एसपी के दोनों मोबाइल फोन टूटे मिले। एसपी सुसाइड करने से पहले अपनी मां के नाम पत्र लिखा ___ रोज-रोज की कलह के चलते ये कदम उठा रहा हूं.। मैं तुमसे बहुत प्यार करता हूं, मुझे माफ करना मां। इसके बाद एसपी पूर्वी सुरेंद्र दास ने सल्फास खा ली। पत्र में कुछ ऐसी लाइन भी लिखी है जिनको पुलिस अधिकारी विवेचना का विषय मानकर किसी से साझा नहीं कर रहे है, लेकिन इशारे में इतना जरूर कहा कि राइटिंग मिलान के बाद ही यह तय होगा कि पत्र किसने लिखा। इसके लिए पत्र को फोरेंसिक लैब भेजा जाएगा। इसके अलावा एसपी ने अपनी पत्नी के नाम भी कुछ शब्द लिखे हैं। एसपी ने लिखा है कि तुम खुश रहो मैं जा रहा हूं। मेरी मौत के बाद तुम्हें कोई परेशान नहीं करेगा। एसपी पूर्वी सुरेंद्र दास ने कर्मचारियों से कैंट स्थित घर में चूहे और सांप होने की बात कहकर अधीनस्थ से सल्फास मंगवाई थी। उस वक्त किसी ने सपने भी नहीं सोचा होगा कि वह पारिवारिक कलह के चलते सल्फास खा लेंगे अभी कुछ दिनों पहले ही दिल्ली में जज ने पत्नी से तंग आकर आत्महत्या कर लिया था I और यह घटना 2018 की है मैंने दोनों इसलिए पोस्ट किया ताकि दुनिया समाज को यह पता चल सके की आत्महत्या के मामले में निम्न और मध्यम वर्गी ही नहीं आईएएस पीसीएस और बड़े-बड़े अधिकारी भी पत्नी की प्रताड़ना से तंग कर आत्महत्या कर लेते हैं l
