@tigagamecasino are scamming me. I need to talk about @tigagamecasino and what they've been doing to streamers. This is going to be a long one but please read if you're in the casino streaming space 🧵 --- I signed a sponsorship deal with Tiga.Game. Here's what the contract said: ✅ $3,000 monthly cap (withdrawable) ✅ $300/day withdrawal limit ✅ 20 streams per month ✅ 30% revenue share ✅ Bonus structure for hitting FTD milestones Seems straightforward right? Here's what actually happened. --- Over 2 months, they gave me access to stream exactly 3 times. Not 40 streams. Not 20. THREE. I told them from day one that I needed a leaderboard support to drive players to the site. That's standard in this industry — you can't expect a streamer to pull players with zero promotion behind them. They ignored this completely. --- Then out of nowhere their manager cuts off my streaming balance. The reason? I didn't bring enough players. I asked her to show me where in the contract it says she can do that. She couldn't. Because it doesn't exist. The contract has ONE performance section — Section 8 — and it only governs CPA commission bonuses. It says nothing about withholding the streaming balance for any reason. The $3,000 balance is unconditional in Exhibit A. No FTD requirement. No player quota. Nothing. She's inventing contract terms that don't exist to avoid paying out. --- But it doesn't stop there. After my 3rd stream ended, I went to withdraw my $300 daily limit — which is explicitly stated in the contract. Blocked. My withdrawal access was completely locked. This lasted 3 days. No explanation. No warning. Just locked out of money I'm contractually entitled to. When I confronted her about it she denied doing it. Here's the thing — she is the ONLY person who has access to my account and username. She's the one who set up my stream fills and my $300 daily cap herself. There is nobody else who could have done this. She locked me out of my own withdrawal access, held it for 3 days, then unlocked it and denied it ever happened. --- I sent formal legal notice. I had the contract reviewed. Her response? Left me on read. --- Then it got even worse. She THREATENED to publicly post my campaign stats — the 0 players I brought in across those 3 streams — to embarrass me into dropping the matter. Here's the problem with that: Section 5 of the contract she signed defines campaign data and dashboards as CONFIDENTIAL. Threatening to leak my private performance data publicly isn't just unprofessional — it's a direct violation of her own contract. And using it as a threat to silence me from pursuing a legal claim? That's coercion. --- So to summarize what Tiga.Game has done: ❌ Gave me 3 streams in 2 months instead of 20/month ❌ Cut my balance using conditions that don't exist in the contract ❌ Illegally blocked my withdrawal access for 3 days then denied it ❌ Ignored formal legal notice ❌ Threatened to leak confidential campaign data to intimidate me --- I have the full contract. I have every message. I have the legal assessment. All of it is saved. I'm not posting this out of anger. I'm posting this because if they did it to me they'll do it to the next streamer they approach. If Tiga.Game has reached out to you — be very careful. I will be posting the contract in my next tweet.
