If ever you needed a real example of modern day misogyny, it’s a load of men on the cover of a women’s magazine for “Women of the year”. Not that I care too much for these magazine accolades but I’m pretty sure there are many actual women’s groups more deserving. When the very spaces and accolades created to celebrate women are redefined in ways that exclude them. Women fought for generations to have their achievements recognised, and now even those platforms seem willing to overlook that hard-won progress in the name of wokeness and ideologies . It’s not progress to erase the category of women, it’s a step backward for equality and respect.
