LTD joined local community leaders yesterday at the @flyEUG Airport to learn about its plans for a terminal expansion project. After a presentation from assistant airport director Andrew Martz, participants boarded an electric bus for a behind-the-scenes tour of the facility.

@JarrodAWalker Well that is certainly a lot! I will let the local TSA manager know about your Precheck experience. Hopefully you are safely at your destination and that the next flight you take will go smoother.

@JarrodAWalker The yellow card shows the screener that you are Precheck. If they see the card then you are not required to remove shoes/belts/etc. and go through the regular x-ray lane, not the enhanced screener.

@JarrodAWalker Very strange. Our TSA honors Precheck. (I should know I use it myself all the time.) When you went through was there a dedicated Precheck line open or did they hand you a yellow card for a mixed line?

@JarrodAWalker If you have Precheck you should not have been asked to remove the items we mentioned unless there was a specific reason. Did your boarding pass show the Precheck symbol?

@flyEUG are you going to expand economy parking with all the expansion happening at the airport? My daughter had to park in long term and that isn’t budget conscious. Or are you going to try to get an off site vendor to help?
