We wound up having to move to the @Slug&Lettuce at Waterloo where they accepted the groupon and we had a nice lunch. Lesson learned, always phone first and double check the groupon special is still available!

I bought a groupon for a meal for two at @Slug&Lettuce, Oxford Circus. I made a reservation and when we got there the waiter told us the restaurant was out of the groupon special so couldn't help us. He was very unsympathetic and uncaring.
