You are already feeling weak from sleep. Stand on your feet and, if possible, walk around your room while praying. b) Do not close your eyes. You are already feeling sleepy. Closing your eyes will make it easier to fall back asleep. Turn off the lights to reduce distractions, but keep your eyes open while praying. c) Play worship songs if necessary to create the right atmosphere. d) Finally, depend on the Holy Spirit. He is the One who strengthens and quickens you.
