@frogule Quite a noble goal @frogule, happy to participate and support as the leading Web3 sales automation platform for Web3 as sales is also an undervalued skill.

I started building a Web3 Marketing Hackathon in 2024 and a year later I feel like I'm building a community for "inclusivity". But it's not what you think (even if more than half our hackers are women) Inclusivity as in allowing non devs to have an impact in Web3 From the list of neglected, I can name: * OBVIOUSLY Marketers * PR folks * BD people * social media magicians * Community builders * designers * UX/ UI Designers * Researchers * Video makers * Non technical founders * Product marketers * Dev rels If you are on this list, you should be included. Bounties for you should be placed. Talks for you should be made. Growth should be a priority for everyone. Growth is not throwing money at devs to never build on your chain. Growth is when you include everyone to help your ecosystem grow. Everyone is welcome to participate or place a bounty at the @web3mktghack , during Ethcc Cannes or Eth Global New York

I think I'm on a mission rn to become friends with all the Social Media Managers, so I can get all the big pages to follow me back.

I mean thats on them right? you can say the same about the people who say they are carreer driven, in any role you might think (some are BS-ing, some are really focusing). Nevertheless, you are an adult and you should run your own show. If family and kids and stuff is important to you, focus and make space for that in your life. I know we grew up with Instagram and the glam life, but again, you are an adult - you should be able to make choices that will lead you to where you want in life. If not, that's on you, not "on the world", not "on the internet"

The Social Media managers I knew in my past tend to live a high life, burning through their 20s, 30s in a glamorous way but skipping on meaningful relationships because it runs contrarian to their dopamine filled life. It’s not bad per se, but I keep following the journey of a few friends who deeply wanted to have kids (or similarly impactful life choices) but never got around to settle with a partner because gin gin and high saturation Instagram pics are somehow always taking precedence for years

We’re not hiring. We’re looking for people who can move the internet. If you know how to: • grow Telegram from 0 → 10k • make X go viral • design discord campaigns people can’t ignore then we want you. No resumes. No interviews. No waiting. Prove it. Send us what you’ve did.

@frogule Dangerous territory. I’ve been there. You might find that befriending too many neurotic people will keep you busy for years but leave you empty.

Oh, I very well remember the first 2 eras. (used to get on spaces and everyone was saying marketing is a scam but they spent over 100 k on it). I even know someone that paid 15 k for a strategy that never got implemented and laughed at me when I told them they shouldn't spend the money that way. I do have a theory tho, that the more "institutional focused" or "consumer focused" we'll get as an industry, we'll understand that all the fluff and "I can do it myself era" will not stand a chance. Might take a bit till we get there tho

We started with the ‘crypto marketing is a scam’ era. That became the ‘crypto marketers are terrible’ era, we’ve now moved into the ‘I can do crypto marketing myself’ era. They all end the same way. If you’re getting brainwashed to believe you can run your entire marketing stack with a claude front end today and don’t need to know anything about marking funnels, cognitive biases, human psychology, taste and everything else people have spent years finessing then we should probably talk. Don’t get me wrong, I’m the biggest advocate of AI in marketing you’ll find, just ask anyone in my team. I just think you need to use it right or you’re going to be wasting a ton of time and money on something that ultimately doesn’t deliver the results you need.

march is cerebral palsy (CP) awareness month, dedicated to raising understanding, promoting inclusion, and fostering research for the some 18 million people worldwide living with the disability. 💚 as some of you may know, my amazing little man was born last April, but sadly had a pretty rough start to life — having a brain bleed at birth, leading to him losing a lot of motor function in the left side of his body, and therefore an eventual diagnosis of CP, though the severity of which likely won't be diagnosed until he's a bit older. hearing the words "your son will likely struggle in life with motor skills" gave us a pain like no other — one that can't be helped with medicine or a bandage, and though gets easier over time, there are still days where it all just feels that little bit harder and heavier; and this is where we're so grateful for all the support we've received from friends and family over the past year. this fantastic, strong little man has lived through more than most would in an entire lifetime, and my pride for him grows every single day. things that might seem like the average milestone for most parents, are major to him, my fiancée and myself — and he's already surpassed the expectations of many in his first 11 months in the world, and we can't wait to see how many more milestones he hits. so, in honour of my little fighter, I'll be running @goteborgsvarvet in may to raise money for @Hjarnfonden (CP). i'm running so that one day he can too. if you'd like to donate, it would mean the world to us. the link is in the replies!
