The result of those pitches was that people like McCullum, Jesse Ryder and Martin Guptill were able to fake themselves as cricketers for a good length of time. Then they would arrive in other locations and struggle to touch a ball. This Indian setup will cause so many issues

There was an era where odi cricket had turned into a complete joke because of pitches that used to be offered in NZ & on top of that the size of stadiums. They tried to correct that later to some extent although we barely see any odi cricket in NZ anymore. This is 10 times worse

These kind of shitty pitches & these kind of games end up making fools like tim david a hero. An absolute abomination for the game. Didn’t they get tired of doing this shit in t20 world cup. We already have a lot of counterfeit heroes amongst us because of that month long circus

If rishabh pulls of a crazy season how can yuvraj singh the mentor be ignored btw. Suffered at the hands of a crazy father himself and came out fighting life threatening cancer illness later. Nobody in a better place to help out some broken cricketers from time to time.

Sometimes cricket is all about patience. Wonderful pitch btw. Real test of character. It should either be fast or a slow turner.

He can easily make up at the end. Not a pitch where you score at a strike rate throughout btw. Important he bats till the end. Such pitches are a breath of fresh air btw. Of course SRH has horrible bowlers or it would have been a challenging total
