@frontierdev please can someone assist I think I’ve created my sons account wrong and can’t get him to sign in on planet zoo as he is 9 and says email address already exits he’s bought deluxe edition for his birthday and can’t use online side please help

@frontierdev I am extremely sad tonight as I have purchased your DLC on both my boyfriend and my own account totaling over $100; he is able to access all the DLC animals on the market on franchise mode and I am not. Nothing we do has fixed this issue. Any suggestions?
