Today I learned the hard way of knowing when to come off the markets, made 3% lost 6%, ai come back today to find out my trade would’ve passed my phase one 100k😂😂😂😂 At least I know my strat is correct but sometimes my execution is pathetic.

today was my reminder that trading 80% mental 20% strategy, mental got me today and I closed this early. -3.5% on the 100k, is cool though. I love the pressure.

Overall daily bias was a sell, did a nice retrace into the fvg to confirm however today psych was all over the place kept on entering and leaving. Literally a right ,idea wrong execution.
