Can anyone recommend any courses to do as an aspiring HOD of maths? Is it worth doing the leadership NPQ courses or masters in education? Is there a specific course for masters in teaching maths specifically? #maths

@merrillteaches I've used numbing cream on my last couple of tattoos (I'm becoming more of a wimp as I get older) I use the TX numbing cream and it usually lasts about an hour after which I found it just hurt like it normally would. My tattoo are usually 2 hours so an hour pain free!
